Dhofar University students to Genoa, Italy

The Vice Chancellor of Dhofar University, Professor Amer Al Rawas met with two outstanding students from the College of Commerce and Business Administration (CCBA) who have been chosen to participate in a program under Erasmus+ scholarships with University of Genoa (UniGE), Italy. The recipients of the scholarship are Musallam Bakhit Tabook (Spring 2024/25) and Mazin Mohamed Nawaz Ghulam Rasool Al Blushi (Fall 2025/26). In a meeting with the students, Vice Chancellor Professor Amer Al Rawas offered his congratulations and valuable advice. Professor Amer emphasized the importance of their role as pioneers and ambassadors of Dhofar University. “I am incredibly proud of your achievements,” Professor Amer said. “You are not just representing yourselves, but also Dhofar University and Oman. Be open to new experiences and learn from others”. The Vice Chancellor’s words were both inspiring and reassuring which highlights DU’s strong support for its international endeavors. He expressed confidence that Mazin and Musallam’s success would pave the way for more students to benefit from similar opportunities.We wish them every success as they embark on this exciting chapter of their academic and personal development.
