Orientation Program to Evening Students

Orientation Program to Evening Students

The CPS Evening Students’ Committee organized a two-session orientation program on 14 and 15 January 2025 for evening students in their classroom at Dhofar University.

On the first day, the committee members, along with the CPS Deputy Director and some coordinators, engaged with students to introduce the committee’s mission of facilitating students’ access to DU and CPS services such as events, activities, and murajaa classes during morning and evening hours. Students were also acquainted with key administrative and academic personnel to explore their needs and concerns.

On the second day, the CPS Director visited the evening students’ classroom to personally address the students’ queries and concerns and to provide actionable feedback. He delivered an inspiring message, encouraging students to prepare diligently for their midterm exams and take advantage of all opportunities that would support their academic and personal growth. This visit highlighted the administration’s dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

The program emphasized the equal care and attention given to both morning and evening students, reinforcing CPS’s commitment to students’ welfare. It was a valuable initiative that strengthened the bond between students, the administration, and faculty, inspiring confidence and motivation among the evening students.
