At the beginning of each semester, the Student Affairs Department organizes orientation programs for new students to introduce them to all the services provided by the university and its facilities. It also organizes a direct meeting between students and the various departments and centers at the university, in which a lot of information is provided, including academic and non-academic information about the university’s systems, regulations and activities. A “welcome committee” consisting of students and employees participates in the student orientation process.
