This is a section concerned with everything related to the services provided to students on campus in their various types, including issuing university cards, supervising the university clinic, and periodic follow-up of all restaurants, cafes, shops and prayer facilities on campus. To ensure the quality of services, the department is concerned with all observations, complaints and suggestions related to student services.
Identification Card (ID)
The Student Services Section issues ID cards to all new students and distributes them within a month from the first day of registration for the first semester, and three weeks for the second and third semesters. University cards are distributed in the first semester for 4 days in the Student Activity Center Hall (09:00 AM – 04:00 PM), after that the distribution takes place in the department during official working hours, while for the second and third semesters, delivery takes place in the department. Lost replacement cards are also issued throughout the academic year for a fee of 5 OMR, by bringing a payment receipt from the Finance Department. In cases of changing specialization, or changing data (modifying names or tribes, after adding the modification to the logs by admission and registration) throughout the study period, university cards are issued free of charge to all students. Finally, during the final exams period, exam entry permits are granted to students after verifying their identity, in the event that they forget their university cards throughout the final exam days from 08:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
The most important uses of the university card:
- The university card must be brought during the exams.
- The card must be presented at the main gates when requested by security personnel.
- Borrowing books from the university library is only possible by bringing the university card.
- To benefit from the services available in all colleges, such as copy printers that operate through the university card, and enable the student to copy on his own, after activating the university card in the library and filling it with the desired balance.

The university clinic provides primary and emergency care for students. The clinic also has a nurse on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
