أقام مركز الإرشاد الطلابي محاضرة بعنوان الاتزان الانفعالي وتوجيه المشاعر الداخلية والتحكم في التفكير. استهدفت كافة منتسبي الجامعة. قدمتها د. منى عبد اللطيف العوض خير الله، أستاذ علم النفس التربوي المساعد بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية. تناولت فيها مفاهيم وتعريفات متعددة مثل تعريف الانفعال وأنواع الانفعالات، الإيجابية منها والسلبية مع التطرق لتعريف المشاعر وأنواعها ووظائفها. وإستراتيجيات التحكم في المشاعر والانفعالات وتوجيهها بطريقة إيجابية ونافعة.
