يعتبر مجلس الجامعة أعلى هيئة صانعة للقرار في الجامعة، إذ يتولى مسؤولية اتخاذ القرارات اللازمة والمطلوبة لمساعدة رئيس الجامعة في إنجاز مهامه بما يصب في مصلحة الجامعة.

يترأس مجلس الجامعة رئيس الجامعة ويتألف من الأعضاء الآتية أسماؤهم:

5. Dr. Issam Bait Bahdoor – Dean of the College of Engineering (CE) – Member
6. Prof. Ahmed Al Zein – Dean of the College of Law (CL) – Member
