Asef initiative with OQ in Dhofar University

The Community Service & Continuing Education Center at the University of Dhofar held a workshop (Asef with OQ initiative) from 13-17 August.

The workshop axes included raising awareness in health, safety, and first aid through the paramedic program for the regular responder and the emergency response program. In addition to interactive workshops on safety and rescue.

Sumaiya Said Tairash Al-Rawas, Head of the Community Service Department at the Center for Community Service and Continuing Education, pointed out the need for such kind of initiatives in order to enable members of the local community to intervene correctly and soundly in the event of an injury.

At the end of the workshops, the participants were honored by the Vice President of Dhofar University, Dr. Syed Ahsan Jamil.
