Awareness Program: CE Strategic & Operational Plan

On 28 May 2024, the College of Engineering organized an awareness program for the faculty on the CE Strategic and Operational Plan. Dr. Muhammad Shariq Khan, along with the CE QA coordinator Dr. Prajoona, held a presentation to the faculty on the importance of understanding CE’s strategic plan so that all stakeholders work towards the common goal of establishing Dhofar University (DU) as a leading institution of higher education in the Arab Region. The program began with a brief introduction to Dhofar University, highlighting the achievements of DU and the vital role the College of Engineering (CE) plays in reaching these milestones. The session focus on the College of Engineering’s contribution to DU’s mission of addressing local and global challenges through research and innovations. The awareness program concluded by shedding light on the Operational Plan of the College, detailing the immediate focus areas for the future.
