College of Commerce and Administrative Sciences in a workshop on "The Importance of Technology Transfer and Innovation Offices"

Dr. Abdullah Al-Ghazali from the University Dhofar – College of Commerce and Business Administration held a workshop on the importance of technology transfer and innovation offices, which was held at the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation represented by the Department of Transfer and Localization of Technologies, on Wednesday 5/24/2023 In the Innovation Complex Muscat – the open hall at the Social Center.

The workshop dealt with the importance of technology transfer and innovation offices, which are a link between the academic community, public and private sector institutions, and related institutions. The process of transferring scientific results from one institution to another takes place for the purpose of developing and exploiting them economically.

This workshop discussed some methods of technology transfer such as (Science Parks, Innovation Centers, and Technology Transfer Offices) from universities, research centers and big companies to small and medium enterprises, start-ups and large companies
