Continuing Education: Implements Diverse Training Programs in Early March 2024
The Community Service and Continuing Education Center at Dhofar University implemented a training program on strategic planning in early March 2024, delivered by Dr. Omar Al Darah from the College of Commerce and Administrative Sciences. The program was targeted at Dhofar Municipality employees with the aim of enhancing their skills in this vital area. Participants in the program explored strategic planning concepts and how to apply them in various work environments. In a related context, Dr. Jaber Al Shahri presented a distinctive program on contract drafting art, which was tailored for researchers and individuals interested in the legal field. The program spanned three days and aimed to enhance participants’ understanding and skills in writing and drafting legal contracts. The director of the Continuing Education Center noted that these programs are part of the center’s efforts to provide exceptional educational services to various segments of society and those interested in continuous learning. Additionally, the center is currently preparing the summer plan for programs to be implemented in the summer of 2024, which will include specialized programs serving multiple fields, along with summer programs targeting school students.
