The Department of Admission and Registration (DAR) is responsible for promoting DU and its academic programs among high school students in the region and providing information about higher education and career opportunities, in coordination with the College Deans, FP Director and Director of the DPRI.

For that purpose, DAR maintains regular contacts with the local schools. The DAR also arranges enrichment activities and offers assistance and support in various areas of specialization for these schools.

The DAR also participates in national and international educational exhibitions for promoting DU and its programs, in collaboration with the Department of Public Relations and Information.

It also organizes an open day for school children who visit the University and are made aware of the University programs and available facilities.
