In partnership with the Entrepreneurship Center: Participation of Engineering Students in the INJAZ Oman Student Companies Exhibition

The student company “Manara” from the College of Engineering, representing the Entrepreneurship Center at Dhofar University, participated in the Oman Injaz Exhibition for student companies, held in Muscat from March 13 to 15, 2025, as part of the national competition for student companies in 2025. “Manara” is an innovative artificial intelligence platform founded by six students from different engineering disciplines. It aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in Oman by assessing the feasibility of business ideas and ensuring legislative compliance using reliable data and advanced analytics. Notably, “Manara” was the only student company from the university to qualify for the exhibition out of seven participating student companies, reflecting its excellence and innovation in entrepreneurship. The Entrepreneurship Center and the College of Engineering supported “Manara’s” participation in the exhibition, which provided visitors with a unique opportunity to discover the services and products offered by student companies from various educational institutions across Oman, as well as enhancing the skills of youth in innovation and leadership to enable them to confidently enter the job market.
