Create a user account and password for academic, non-academic and student staff.
Deletion of the user account for the resigning staff and the graduate students and the transfer from the university.
Provision of a DUSIS account for students and staff.
Management of computer labs and classrooms.
Providing technical assistance to faculty members, staff and students.
Take care of maintenance of old and new devices.
Installation and processing of computers and software downloads.
Diagnose and solve problems with hardware \ software errors.
Provide a workshop for new students on how to access the domain (DUSIS) and how to use it.
Continue and update the university virus protection system.
Technical support during the testing periods and recording materials.
Periodic reports of the number of computers, printers and other devices in the university.
Technical support for information systems in the university library.
Any other duties requested by the Department Director.
