Practical Workshop in Arabic Grammar

The grammar workshop concluded on Tuesday, November 5. It is worth noting that this practical workshop in Arabic grammar was conducted by the “Dhad” student group in collaboration with Mr. Saeed Al-Mashani, a lecturer in linguistics in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature. The workshop lasted for a full month, covering all grammatical topics through linguistic texts that comprised Quranic verses, poetry, and various prose excerpts. This had a significant impact on enabling students to master the skill of parsing, a distinctive feature of Arabic, the ‘language of Dhad.’ This skill is indispensable for anyone specializing in Arabic or interpreting the verses of the Holy Quran.
