Student Activities Section

The Student Activities Section is the body that organizes and supervises student activities at the university in the religious, cultural, scientific, artistic, sports and social fields. Non-classroom student activities are of great importance to the university student from the time he enters university until he graduates, due to the great impact of these activities on his university life and in refining his general skills

Objectives of the Student Activities Section:

  • Focusing on and working to highlight student creativity, talents and innovations.
  • Developing a clear and operational plan for student activities for each academic year.
  • Organizing student activities and holding training workshops in the fields of student activities.
  • Organizing and participating in local and international events and competitions.
  • Involving the local community in the events and activities implemented on behalf of the university.
  • Organizing festivals, special forums, competitions and championships at the university level and at the Sultanate level in the fields of student activities.
  • Supervising student activity groups at the university

The Student Affairs Department works to provide support and guidance by holding events and workshops and providing opportunities for groups and their teams to participate internally and externally according to the approved plans and budgets.
