The Advisory Council of Dhofar University held its first meeting for the academic year 2024/2025.

The Advisory Council of Dhofar University held its first meeting for the academic year 2024/2025 on Thursday; September 4, 2024, under the chairmanship of H.E. the retired Minister, Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah Al Ibrahim, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Presentations were delivered on the university’s programs related to academia, research and community engagement as well as its strategic plans and activities. The council also discussed several initiatives aimed at enhancing the university’s role in the academic process and expanding community engagement.

At the end of the meeting, the university extended its sincere thanks to all members for their attendance and active participation emphasizing that the proposed suggestions will greatly contribute to advancing the university’s development and academic excellence.
