STUDENTS: EMAN AL MALKI FROM OMANTEL

“During my seven years as a training specialist in Omantel, I have seen many
students from CCBA-DU who have demonstrated a solid understanding of what they
have studied during their training period. I am delighted to have seen how much our
internship program has developed CCBA students’ knowledge, skills and abili ty and
opened doors for their learning and growth through showing curiosity in Omantel
work environments. In terms of skills, students have an excellent readiness to
develop their communication skills such that they can express themselves and show
their skills in the workplace. They have also demonstrated incredible problem -
solving abilities to identify issues and create solutions. My advice is that students
must make sure that they are aligning their major with the field of their training.
Overall, Dhofar University students have a bright future. With the assistance of
training departments in the corporate world and faculty instructors, they will combine
technical and professional skills to be fully equipped for leadership positions in the
future”.
