Layo then recounted their traumatic experiences and how their goal was to
see their mother, Lunin, when the emperor called them to his castle. After
hearing what had occurred, the alien emperor decided to treat and shelter
them nicely. At that time, interacting with them was challenging since they
only came for one reason: to find their mother and nothing else, and the king
wanted to get to know them and understand more about how humans live.
The next day, the king summoned Neon and Layo, and the two asked to
see their mother, so the king answered '' Unfortunately, she had died two
weeks before the two of you came, I am deeply sorry to inform you, but
that was due to her severe illness.'' Neon was shocked and collapsed to
hear the news and could hardly believe what he was told, while Layo
broke down in tears of blood because she would never see her real
mother even once! Days, months, and years passed, and the
two siblings in Nera tried to forget and get over what had
happened. They promised each other that they would
not be separated again, and the alien emperor
made sure that Neon and Layo would not
return to planet Earth again because he
knew that once they returned, the
lives of the aliens would be in
danger again. So they had
to reside and live in
Nera forever.
