DIGITAL ART
with Hassan AL Mamari 202311391
Where do you find inspiration when you're stuck on a project?
I rarely get stuck on a project because I build it in my mind first and
know everything it requires. However, there are moments when I do
get stuck, and what I do is refer to my previous works that are
similar to the type of artwork I am currently working on.
What simple advice would you give to someone new to digital art?
I have many pieces of advice, not just one:
As I mentioned before, visual nourishment and inspiration are very
1 important. This is not just my opinion; everyone in this field asserts that it
is crucial. You cannot build something from scratch; you need to have
an artistic vision.
Critique your work before others do. Identify what it lacks, look for ways
2 to improve it, know your weaknesses, and determine what additions or
subtractions need to be made before presenting the work.
Never become conceited. Have a moment of pride in your work but do
3 not let it control you. Always strive for better, and when I say that, I do
not mean you should hate your work or the entire field. Rather, try to
create the best version of yourself, and never be satisfied.
This is personal advice and not general. While I am just a beginner and
have not taken this hobby seriously yet, if you want to create something
unique, you need to master many arts, not just design or drawing. Read,
4 listen, and watch. Try to combine various arts into one work. As I said,
this advice is not for those new to the field but for those who want to
create an art piece worth contemplating, one you can look at time after
time, exploring its layers and secrets. Do not follow a specific style; you
need to be creative.
