     Ramadan     during  the  day  including  headache,  anger
             and a lot of side effects.
             Do Voluntary Fast Days:
             Before  Ramadan,  we  should  fast  on
             Mondays and Thursdays, so that the body
             becomes accustomed to fasting and we do
             not feel as tired during Ramadan.
             This month we should not let it pass like
             other months of the year. It is an opportunity
             that we can seize. It is therefore essential
             that  we  prepare  well  for  this  holy  month
             and prepare ourselves to receive it.
