Projects Incubated in the Scientific Incubator
Several Dhofar University students applied to join the incubator, and three projects were selected
for incubation:
1."Trade Logic (ERP System)"
Project by Student Ahmed Al-Amri. This system aims to assist small and medium-sized enterprises
in managing business transactions, invoicing, inventory, and sales using artificial intelligence. The
project was evaluated by the incubator commi ee and was incubated as a distinguished project.
2."Ektifa" Platform
Project by Student Iman Salim Al-Mashani. This electronic platform aims to raise awareness about
Omani products and their positive impact on the local economy. The platform supports various
societal segments, including SMEs and the service and industrial sectors. The project was evaluated
and incubated as part of the incubator.
3."Bio-Plastic Innovation"
Project submi ed by a group of students from the College of Engineering at Dhofar University, this
project aims to use local materials, such as algae and plant waste, to create environmentally friendly
biodegradable plastics. This product is characterized by its faster biodegradability, eco-friendliness,
and antibacterial properties.
