Publications in Web of Science

Despite being a relatively young institution, as a result of its research policies and guidelines, the
publications across different disciplines in Web of science rose from 5 in 2005 to 108 in 2019 and 54
until August 2020; making the total of 548 publications with an average of 5 citations /document and 27
h-index. None the less, it is worth mentioning that DU is ranked first among private institutions and
Second among all HEIs in Oman by Publons (web of science reviewer database).
