SCIENTIFIC NCUBATORS!
Under the auspices of Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Ghassani (Director of Small and
Medium Enterprises Development Department in Dhofar Governorate) and in the
presence of several board chairpersons, entrepreneurs, and directors of various public
and private sectors in the local and regional labor market, Dhofar University Vice
Chancellor, Professor Amer bin Ali Al Rawas signed a number of memorandums of
understanding between the University, represented by CCBA, and representatives of the
college’s new local, regional and international partners, including Madayn and the
Omani Academy for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. The Cooperation agreements
included the provision of training services, the financing of entrepreneurial initiatives, and
the establishment of supervisory courses for scientific incubators at Dhofar University.
