ON JOB MARKET READINESS

On April 30, 2024, the College of
Engineering at Dhofar University held a “Empowering future
workshop titled “Engineers of the Future:
Your First Step into the Job Market,” in engineers with essential
collaboration with the “Build” Initiative. The
workshop aimed to prepare architecture skills to excel in the job
graduates for the job market by equipping market and shape their

Dr. Lamiaa Mostafa, a lecturer in the
Department of Architecture, spearheaded
this initiative as part of the college’s mission
to empower its graduates to meet the
evolving demands of the job market. The
workshop was well-received, further
cementing the college’s role in fostering
career readiness and professional growth
among its students.
