Horse riding is more than a sport; it’s a therapeutic experience for
both body and mind. Over the years, many studies have highlighted
the numerous physical and psychological benefits of horse riding.
It’s even considered an effective treatment for some chronic
conditions.

E The teachings of Prophet Muhammad

(peace be upon him) emphasize the
B virtues of horses. Abu Huraira
B reported that the Prophet said:
"Horses are of three types: one that
O brings reward, one that is a means of
H shelter, and one that brings burden."

N Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the
Prophet said: "The blessing is tied to the forelocks of horses." 'Urwa
E al-Bariqi also reported the Prophet saying: "Goodness is tied to the
D forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection."
