the games and they abandon basic and important activities in their lives,
just to win a game they are playing.
However, other people insist that video games have positive effects on players.
First, they improve mental skills and abilities. There are some video games
that improve mental abilities and increase the creativity of the players by
encouraging thinking and finding solutions, such as puzzle games. Another
advantage is that these games may require quick action, which leads to the
development of hand-eye coordination in response to visual effects on the
screen. This leads to improved and smooth decision-making capabilities
under pressure.
To conclude, some people think that video games are harmful, while others
don’t feel so and argue that these games are helpful. In my view, video games
can be useful if you choose them carefully and do not spend too much time
playing; otherwise, they could have negative consequences.
